Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: July 31, 2026

SmartWorld Power wants smartworldpower.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This site is built against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.

What the site provides

  • Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and landmarks on every page.
  • Full keyboard operability, including menus, accordions, and multi-step forms, with visible focus indicators.
  • A "skip to main content" link on every page.
  • Reduced-motion support: when your system requests reduced motion, scroll-driven animation, parallax, and decorative effects are disabled while all content and actions remain available.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative imagery is hidden from assistive technology.
  • Cinematic and interactive content never carries information that is not also available as text.
  • Color contrast designed to meet AA on text and interactive elements.
  • Form fields with programmatic labels, described errors, and status announcements.
  • Touch targets sized for mobile use, and no hover-only interactions.
  • No auto-playing audio and no rapidly flashing content.

Known limitations

The homepage hero uses a scroll-controlled image sequence. It is decorative: the same information is always presented as HTML text, and the sequence is disabled entirely under reduced motion. If you encounter any state where content is reachable only through animation, that is a defect — please tell us.
